The area where the podere is located is cultivated for the major part by olive trees. The land is exposed to the sun the whole day and sits at approximately 250 meters above sea level.

The cultivation of the olive trees extends on five hectares of land and adheres to the traditions of the Tuscan peasant with respect to the cycle of the seasons.
